Borsari since 1902
Borsari Verona is a historic Italian confectionery house founded in 1902 by Master Confectioner Tiziano Golfetti in Verona, Italy. He named his first artisan bakery after the city’s famous Roman gate, the Porta Borsari.
The brand is world-renowned for its authentic, tall-baked Panettone and star-shaped Pandoro. Every cake follows strict, centuries-old Venetian customs, relying on a slow, three-day natural leavening process with a multi-generational sourdough mother yeast.
